Chalet reservations can be made in advance by calling our call center at +973 17845100 or WhatsApp on 66660038. A full payment will be requested at the time of the booking. On the day of, however, Chalets will be available for rent on the day of your visit at the Souq.
Cancellation Policy: Chalet bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation.
Note: Chalets are booked on a first come, first serve basis. A refundable BD 5 insurance deposit will be requested upon arrival. The above prices are only for the rental of the chalet, separate waterpark admission will be required.
