STOCK-KEEPING OFFICER

POSITION SUMMARY
To perform a variety of duties related to stock keeping, inventory control, purchasing and supply and delivery of parts, tools and equipment to Authority divisions; to maintain records of billing and invoices; and to perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
DEGREE: minimum High School Diploma.
EXPERIENCE: at least 1 year experience/educational background in stock keeping.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
• Basic purchasing, inventory control and stock keeping techniques and terminology
• Proper warehouse stock and storage methodologies
• Principles and practices of record keeping
• Computerized inventory systems and operations
