As a Procurement Officer, you are responsible to administer all cost control related processing activities to ensure that the appropriate internal control procedures are followed in the most effective manner, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:-

-Ensure cost control systems and procedures are developed and maintained to support an accurate audit control.
-Ensure that policies and processes on purchasing, receiving, transferring, issuing are updated and observed in accordance to Internal Operating Procedures manual in order to be in line with company directives.
-Oversee menu pricing with all concerned department heads to ensure maximum revenue for the Park
-Provide Heads of the Department with monthly financial data in order to allow them to analyze their performance and run their departments profitably.
-Check the report of daily flash food cost by outlet and investigate reasons for spoilage to avoid excessive loses.
-Administer all monthly inventory process to ensure controlled losses for the park.
-Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
-Knows the market and seeks constant information about changes (prices, products available, etc.)
-Knows all importing procedures, purchasing dispositions and receiving procedures
-Has to purchase the best quality of goods available (according to the management) at the best price possible. If necessary he/she involves the relevant Department Head or the FM into negotiations with suppliers.
-To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
-To work in all the section of Finance Department as required.
-To respond to changes as dictated by the Park.

* To ensure that all guests are aware of, and adhere to, the Water
Park's rules preserving safety standards and provide assistance and/or apply
emergency procedures as necessary.
* Participate in all periodic training in lifeguarding, fitness,
emergency equipment and first aid to maintain the highest possible
standards. Additionally, the jobholder is expected to conduct routine
inspections of their assigned areas and report to their direct manager for
improvements to ensure accidents are minimised.
* To liaise with their direct manager regarding the status of rides,
maintenance requirements and safety measures and instigate emergency
shutdown of the park's facilities and evacuations of customers during
emergency or whenever deemed necessary.

Knowledge & Experience
* The role requires strong swimming skills combined with a high degree
of communication and customer service attitude. Strong cultural awareness is
a must.
* Leisure/travel/tourism industry experience would be an advantage.
* High school diploma/certificates, with Advanced level written and
spoken English.

They keep the generators, lighting, and electrical systems in
working order. Electricians diagnose problems and then repair or replace
defective parts. Additionally the jobholder is tasked effecting immediate
measures or repairs in cases of breakdowns or as needed.
* Create, maintain and regularly review stocks and inventories for all
equipment, spare parts, consumables, documentation and any other supplies
necessary to ensure that the department can function effectively and
efficiently.
* Create and maintain records and documentation related to the
department. Ensure all information is accurate and up to date according to
company and legal standards and supply reports or information as required by
their direct manager.

Knowledge & Experience
* One year of journey-level experience in the installation,
maintenance, and repair of electrical devices
* Previous leisure or waterpark experience would be a distinct
advantage.
* Basic written and spoken English

* Regular visit to clients, analyse the market needs, facts finding,
be creative, and team participant, suggest improvements if necessary.
* Check publications on daily basis, must be able to communicate &
build strong public relation with corporate, clients, press etc and maximise
the public awareness of the water park locally & internationally.
* Have all data base up dated & handy in coordination with S & M
secretary. Respond to guest / client enquiries, complaints offer best
customer service.

Knowledge & Experience

* The role requires demonstratable experience in Sales & Marketing and
working within a customer service environment. Interpersonal skills, problem
solving and high creativity are particular competencies required, as is a
thorough knowledge of LPOD Water Park's potential market. Strong cultural
awareness is a must.
* High school diploma/certificates, excellent written and spoken
English with good numerical skills.
* Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
